Naji brings over a decade of sustainability experience to Terralyn, having built and led ESG programs from Fortune 100 companies to biotech startups.
Most recently, he served as Director of Sustainability and Social Impact at Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical, where he grew the function and was recognized as an Environment+Energy Leader “EE100” honoree.
Prior to that, Naji worked at ExxonMobil on climate strategy and plastic waste initiatives, and led sustainability efforts across the Americas for SABIC.
He holds LEED and LCA practitioner credentials and a Master’s degree from Northeastern University. He co-founded Terralyn to solve the operational challenges he fought manually.
